Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
You can cancel your Survyr subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing billing@survyr.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access to paid features until that date.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance for the coming month and auto-renew at the end of each monthly period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing billing@survyr.ai; the cancellation stops the next renewal. If you cancel mid-month we do not refund the unused portion, and your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged in advance for 12 months and auto-renew at the end of each 12-month period until you cancel. We will email you a renewal reminder before each annual renewal.
If you are a UK consumer, you have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134). To exercise it, email billing@survyr.ai within 14 days. We may make a proportionate deduction for digital content actually supplied during that period in line with regulation 36(4), based on the published monthly equivalent price of your plan; we will not deny the refund on grounds of undefined "material use". After the 14-day window we do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of an annual subscription, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 7).
4. Service Outages
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid features for more than 48 continuous hours, email billing@survyr.ai and we will apply a pro-rated cash refund to the original payment method covering the affected days. If you would prefer the equivalent value as account credit toward your next billing period, you can request that instead in your email. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service is found not to be of satisfactory quality.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution of the dispute.
6. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Survyr does not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different card.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects the statutory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence. UK-based consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the digital content rights in Part 1 Chapter 3, sections 34 to 47, covering satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with description), and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
