Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any paid plan from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Is there a free version I can try before paying?
Yes. Free is the full Survyr preparation workspace. You can draft your case study, summary of experience, senior profile or evidence portfolio, log diary entries and CPD hours, view the question of the day and read a hot topic article a day. Use it as long as you like. Upgrade when you want AI helpers across every module, clean exports of your work, or the voice practice tools for the run-up to your assessment.
What is the difference between Pro and Assessment Ready?
Pro adds AI helpers across every preparation module: feedback inside Diary, Case Study, SoE and CPD, the full question bank with AI deep-dives, 50 AI coach messages a day, all hot topics with Ask AI, counsellor feedback with inline comments and meeting records, and unlimited clean PDF / Word / Excel exports of your work. Assessment Ready adds the voice practice toolkit on top: the Final Interview with an AI assessor panel (2 a day, 15 a month), unlimited presentation rehearsals, detailed post-interview analysis, hot topics deep-dive coaching, 200 AI messages a day, and AI CV import. It is designed for the final 8 to 12 weeks before you sit the assessment.
Does RICS endorse Survyr?
No. Survyr is an independent platform. RICS does not endorse third-party training providers. Content aligns with published RICS requirements; always check the latest RICS guidance.
Can I use Survyr AI content in my APC submission?
No. RICS prohibits generative AI in submissions. Survyr is a coaching tool. It helps you prepare, practise and review; the submission itself must be your own original work.
Which pathways do you support?
All 22 RICS pathways are supported for the core features (diary, CPD, competency tracking, exports). The question bank covers every pathway with over 20,000 questions spanning the mandatory competencies and pathway-specific technical competencies, with UK and Middle East regional coverage. Hot topics are expanded continuously.
